Once you understand how the Universe operates, you will begin to understand how you operate according to laws of the Universe. If you become aware and conscious of those laws, you gradually master your mind, and through your mind, you master your being. Hence, Mind Over Matter.
Simple concept, yes, but to apply it, that's a different issue altogether. Patience is indeed a Virtue, and through Virtue we can unlock all of our hidden 'higher' potentials.
